When will my order ship?

As soon as you make your purchase, we will begin to process your order. Most products ship the following day from purchase. You will receive an email confirmation and status of your order. 

My Order has not arrived?

  • When order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation and UPS tracking number.
  • Track your order. Allow up to the evening of the last date if there is a delivery date range.

My Order Missing Items or Lost 

If your order is missing items or parts, please contact Customer Care

If I'm not 100% satisfied with my product can I return it or exchange for another item?

Emotions with Kiwi offers a full refund to the original form of payment if you are not satisfied with your product. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original ship date. Products must not be damaged in any way.  Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days and unused, unopened and unmarked:

How Should I care for my Stuffed Animals?

Do not submerge in water.  Surface wash, use a soft cloth dampened with water to gently wipe the surface.

How Should I care for my Books?

The books are not a toy, they must be handled with care like any soft cover  book.

Where do the pieces ship from?

All our pieces ship from Miami, FL., USA. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Emotions With Kiwi ships worldwide! A flat rate for international shipping of USD $50 applies.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes! you can cancel or change your order up to 30 minutes after you have made it. Please contact us for assistance at Customer Care
